Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
- Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been processed from our end, which typically takes 1-2 business days.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery.
- No cancellations will be accepted for products that have been ordered on special occasions as these are procured per order.
- All perishable and edible products on our website are non-returnable. For non-edible products, we have a 10-day replacement policy, applicable only in case of defective, damaged or wrong products delivered. The customer needs to send us proof of defect or damage and our team will investigate the concern and respond appropriately within 48 hours of receipt of complaint.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as received i.e. unused with all tags and packaging intact. You must also provide original receipt/ proof of purchase.
- To raise a concern/issue, please contact us at email@example.com. If your concern/issue is accepted and validated, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation request or return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
